Building a Future

Single Unit - $45,000Includes Training, Initial Advertisement, Interior Design, one-week grand opening supports, General Consulting, etc.

Area Development (3 Units) - $90,000

Monthly Loyalty Fee

• 4% Loyalty Fee of monthly gross sales

• 1% Brand Development Fund of monthly gross sales

Employees vs Sales

• 1 Wait Staff and 1 Kitchen Staff per $800 Sales

Store Requirements

• Store Size: Minimum 800sq ft, Max 2500sq ft (Require for additional 200sq ft storage for store size 1000sq ft or less.) • No Gas required • General Built out within 3-6 Months

Management

• Required Full time Franchisee Management personal with partial corporate ownership

• Franchisee with Food Industry Experiences is a Plus

Training

• 2-3 People for minimum 2 weeks training

• Training will take place at New York City Locations
